Sarah Palin Prank Call (Audio & Transcript)
Sarah Palin received a prank call on Saturday. Marc-Antoine Audette, a Canadian talk show host, posed as French president Nicholas Sarkozy during the six-minute call in which they discussed hunting, French First Lady Carla Bruni, and Joe the Plumber. On hunting by helicopter with "Sarkozy", the Republican VP candidate replied, "Well, I think we could have a lot of fun together while we're getting work done. We can kill two birds with one stone that way."
Known as the Masked Avengers, the comedic duo, who prank-called Sarah Palin, are notorious for calling up world leaders and celebrities. Despite numerous giveaways, Palin seemed to be unaware that she was being pranked until the end of the call, but took it in stride, even asking what radio station was broadcasting the prank. However, an aide quickly hung up the phone after realizing the joke.

Eve Mazzarella Arrested for Mortgage Fraud
Eve Mazzarella was arrested for mortgage fraud. The 31-year-old formerly high-flying real estate broker and her husband are accused of defrauding several banks through dubious property transactions. Unlike careless borrowers who took out no-documentation "liar loans", which were based on self-disclosed information that was never independently verified, to buy houses, the Las Vegas couple, instead, convinced "straw buyers" to purchase houses and took a commission from every house they sold.
Dropping out of high school at 15 because she was pregnant, Eve Mazzarella turned her life around and moved to Las Vegas in 2000. While working as a maid, she studied for a real estate license and even graduated with a diploma in business administration from the University of Nevada. By 2006, she had made the National Association of Realtors' "30 Under 30" list, which named the best young real estate agents in the country, with $13.8 million in sales. As it turns out, the success story's sales figures were inflated by false property sales.
Starting out by recruiting a straw buyer for a house with a $5000 fee, Eve Mazzarella and Steven Grimm, her 45-year-old husband, applied for a mortgage in the name of the buyer. The buyer would offer to pay more than the asking price of the house, stating it was for renovations. This difference would be paid to the Mazzarella's bank account after the deal was closed. The house would then be transferred to their front company where they could repeat the process with another straw buyer. This netted them $8.7 million.

Ashley Van Dyke Arrested for DUI
Ashley Van Dyke was arrested Monday night for DUI. Known mostly for hosting a SPEED TV program, the 24-year-old car racer reportedly failed to cooperate with traffic directions from a police deputy and was pulled over. Before failing a sobriety test, she even tried to justify herself by saying, "...but I'm a race car driver."
Growing up around her family's motorsports facility gave Ashley Van Dyke a natural inclination to enter the automotive world. As a driver, she competed in the 2006 Bullrun where she finished in the top 10 with her Mercedes E55. She also raced a Porsche GT3 at the CHP Foundation rally in 2006.

Natasha Komis: Paris Hilton's BFF (Photos)
Natasha Komis wants to be Paris Hilton's best friend. The 24-year-old rocker was a contestant on MTV's "Paris Hilton's My New BFF" reality series, but the Latina from New Jersey was eliminated from the show only five episodes in. With a half-Cuban, half-Greek heritage, she had just the look that the producers of the show wanted as a "hard-rocking N.J. chick."
On Paris Hilton, Natasha Komis reveals, "It took time to get to know Paris' character. But she is an awesome girl, and I care about her now. A lot of people don't know this about her, but she really wants to have friends and she's really sweet." Despite her admiration of Paris, she wasn't so impressed with her competitors:
I'm not used to hanging around with kids who are coming in from Texas and the South. I've been living this life in New York and have millions of celebrity friends. They were acting like it's a big deal. I'm a city girl and that was annoying to me. I didn't give these people the time of day.
Graduating from Seton Hall University with a degree in communications, Natasha Komis initially started out modeling for companies like American Apparel and BustedTees, but her first love was always music. With her newfound fame, she is hoping to successfully launch her first short album online through iTunes, Amazon, and Rhapsody.

Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens at Hawaii Wedding
Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens were spotted strolling down the beach in Hawaii this Sunday. The High School Musical 3 actors were attending a friend's wedding in the Aloha State before they decided to take a walk along the beach. Zac was more daring, going shirtless, and revealing a stretch of his Calvin Klein boxers while Vanessa wore a modest, white sundress.
"High School Musical 3: Senior Year" is the first movie in the Disney Channel franchise to make it to theaters and revolves around the cast reflecting about their future after high school. On his own high school experience, Zac Efron, who starred in the film version of the Broadway musical, "Hairspray", freely admits that, "I got really good grades. I'm not going to lie." Vanessa Hudgens, on the other hand, was homeschooled so the film gave her a chance to experience high school graduation for the first time.
With the successful, $42 million weekend box office of their Disney musical movie, Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron certainly have reason to celebrate. Last year, they confirmed that they were a couple in real life as well as on screen. He is two years older than her at 21.

Andrea Feick: Teen with Bono (Photos)
Andrea Feick released scandalous pictures of herself with Bono on a beach in St. Tropez on Facebook. The 19-year-old fashion student shared the photos, which show the 48-year-old rock star and humanitarian partying with two bikini-clad teenagers on the sands, at the infamous Nikki Beach bar, and on a £12 million yacht, with the New York and French networks on Facebook.
Hannah Emerson, a sophomore at Reading University, is the other half of the duo, accompanying her friend, Andrea Feick, who has known Bono since they met in a club on the French Riviera. One photo has Bono holding Andrea's hand dramatically to his chest while as fellow musician, Simon Carmody, places his hand on Hannah's knee. In another, the two barely-dressed girls are seen wrapping their hands around the U2 star.
Despite the intimacy of the photos, however, Andrea Feick maintains their relationship is only as friends: "I think that for somebody who's much older than I am... no thank you."
Bono has maintained a scrupulously clean public image so these photos are particularly damaging. In addition, his relationship with his wife, Ali, of 26 years has been unusually enduring compared to other celebrities so it's surprising that he placed himself into such a compromising position.

Maureen McCormick Sex Tape (Video)
Maureen McCormick has a sex tape. The now 52-year-old actress, who is best known for her role as Marcia Brady on the primetime series, "The Brady Bunch", is afraid that her long-ago indiscretion with a coke dealer at the Playboy Mansion will finally be released to the public. Only two years after playing the angelic Marcia Brady, she became addicted to drugs and went into a downward spiral that she discloses in detail in her book, "Here's the Story." As she describes her struggle,
I was battling depression, went through a really hard time in my marriage, and I used to cry myself to sleep. I went through years and years of pain and suffering, and finally got help. I feel so much better now, feel like a new person, so now I can be happy about it.
At her lowest point, Maureen McCormick undressed on a bed while being videotaped by an older man in exchange for drugs. Her troubles would also prop up during auditions; one memorable instance occurred while she tried out for "Raiders of the Lost Ark" after being awake on drugs for several days. Steven Spielberg apparently offered her an orange, but did not offer her a part.
Now, Maureen McCormick is the mother of a 19-year-old daughter and lives in the suburbs of Los Angeles. She even has a relatively active acting career. On "Celebrity Fit Club", a weight loss show, she won the challenge in season 5, losing 34 pounds. Her latest role was on Country Music Television's reality TV show, "Outsider's Inn", which follows her business misadventures as she attempts to open a Bed & Breakfast in Tennessee.
