Ashley Van Dyke Arrested for DUI

Ashley Van Dyke was arrested Monday night for DUI. Known mostly for hosting a SPEED TV program, the 24-year-old car racer reportedly failed to cooperate with traffic directions from a police deputy and was pulled over. Before failing a sobriety test, she even tried to justify herself by saying, "...but I'm a race car driver."

Growing up around her family's motorsports facility gave Ashley Van Dyke a natural inclination to enter the automotive world. As a driver, she competed in the 2006 Bullrun where she finished in the top 10 with her Mercedes E55. She also raced a Porsche GT3 at the CHP Foundation rally in 2006.
