File Browsing with Tabs: tabbyFile 2.0
introduced tabbyFile back in November and deemed it a keeper. As the name suggests, this replacement for Windows Explorer lets you browse files and folders on your computer with tabs. The new tabbyFile 2.0 isn't giving us cause for regret.
With an updated user interface that takes some Vista styling upgrades into account, tabbyFile 2.0 also introduces side-by-side file explorer windows. That means you can view two folders side-by-side and browse them using one panel of buttons.
As before, there's support for filtering folder contents by keywords, and you can also set a group of tabs to be opened each time you start tabbyFile. This update is well worth getting if you're already using tabbyFile or if you haven't tried it out yet.
