Russian Model Suicide
Ruslana Korshunova has died after jumping off the ninth floor of her New York apartment building. The 20-year-old rising Russian supermodel's suicide occurred before 2:30 p.m. when she jumped off her 130 Water Street apartment in New York's Financial District. She apparently cut the construction netting that enclosed her balcony just before jumping.
Moments after Ruslana Korshunova fell, witnesses said, "Her arms were crushed. Her head was on the left side and blood was coming out in a pool." The 5 foot 8 inch model had come a long way from her humble beginning in the former Soviet republic of Kazakhstan. Her Russian name is руслана коршунова. After she was noticed in an airline in-flight magazine, the green-eyed blonde beauty went on to appear on the covers of "Elle" and "Vogue" magazines and starred in ads for Christian Dior and Vera Wang. In 2005, "Vogue" even said that she had "a face to be excited about."
With proportions 85-62-85, the slim Ruslana Korshunova had recently returned from Paris and seemed happy. But Saturday afternoon, she suddenly jumped off her downtown apartment building, dressed in jeans and a purple shirt. Police reports indicate that there was no struggle in the apartment, but her cause of death is yet to be determined.

Lara Logan Swimsuit Photo Gallery
Lara Logan was a swimsuit model while attending college (see photos below). The 37-year-old CBS correspondent and former model is now making news for apparently having an affair with a married man, Joe Burkett, a civilian contractor at the U.S. embassy in Iraq, while simultaneously courting another reporter, Michael Ware. This resulted in a brawl between the two suitors while they were still embedded in Baghdad.
Born in South Africa, Lara Logan was the only U.S. journalist in Baghdad when the city was captured by U.S. forces. Following that journalistic coup, she went on to report for "60 Minutes" and was only recently promoted to chief foreign affairs correspondent for CBS News. She is currently undergoing divorce proceedings from her husband, Jason Siemon, a retired basketball player, but is entangled in yet another divorce trial. Burkett's wife claims that she is trying to steal her 3-year-old daughter after breaking up her marriage.
As a result of her stint as a swimsuit model, Lara Logan is referred to in British tabloids as "34D Lara." Does she deserve the moniker? Certainly, CBS hasn't been shy in exploiting her colorful past, noting that, during her trip to Pakistan to interview Pervez Musharraf, "her suitcase with bikinis and other beachwear made it to Islamabad; the suitcase with the rest of her clothes did not."

Ranae Shrider is the woman in the Verne Troyer sex tape video. The 22-year-old model from Kentucky, has black hair and brown eyes. At 5 feet 9 inches, she is almost twice as tall as her Mini-Me actor boyfriend and has lived with him for the past six months. Things are so serious that there is talk of a marriage proposal.
However, Ranae Shrider is now furious after the sex tape's release. She was even hounded by paparazzi at a Starbucks in Los Angeles. Her boyfriend, Troyer, is also incensed, filing a $20 million lawsuit against TMZ for violating his privacy rights for posting a brief excerpt of the video. The couple both claim that the tape was stolen from their apartment, the now infamous setting of their sex video.

Brooke Hogan Maxim Photo Gallery
Brooke Hogan is featured in the July 2008 issue of "Maxim" magazine. The 20-year-old celebrity is the daughter of professional wrestler Hulk Hogan and is following her dad's footsteps with a reality TV show, "Brooke Knows Best", which will be premiering in July on VH1. Coinciding with her small screen debut, a barely-clothed Brooke did a photoshoot for "Maxim" on a beach set.
Apparently, Brooke Hogan was chaperoned by Hulk whilst the "Maxim" photoshoot took place, but that didn't stop a number of naughty photos from being taken. She predominantly poses in a bikini with varying degrees of skin shown.
Life hasn't been easy for Brooke Hogan though. In 2007, her 17-year-old brother Nick disabled an ex-Marine, John Graziano, when he crashed a car while driving drunk. He is facing an eight month jail sentence. Shortly afterwards, her parents split when her mother filed for divorce.

Verne Troyer Sex Tape Video
A Verne Troyer sex tape has found its way online. The 39-year-old actor is best known for his role as Mini-Me in the "Austin Powers" movies. Kevin Blatt, the broker responsible for Paris Hilton's sex tape video leak, is apparently also behind the Mini-Me sex tape that was stolen from Troyer's apartment.
Verne Troyer was previously married to a lingerie model, Genevieve Gallen, but they were divorced within a month of the wedding. His MySpace profile says, "any models in the house? yea i love beautiful women and other women too, i am open to most people." In addition to movies like "Harry Potter" and "The Love Guru", he has starred in several commercials, including an Apple spot in which he is seen using a large PowerBook while basketball star Yao Mind uses the smaller one.
Verne Troyer is 2 ft. 8 inches tall and is seen in his sex tape in bed with his girlfriend. A 25-second clip from the longer video can be viewed here, which should be viewed with discretion. You can see a photo from the Troyer sex tape below.

Megan Lynn Touma Photos
Megan Lynn Touma was found dead in a hotel on June 22, 2008. The 23-year-old dental specialist was seven months pregnant when she was found at a Fayetteville, North Carolina, motel room. She had served with the 19th Replacement Company at Fort Bragg and is the second pregnant soldier to be found dead this year.
Before transferring to Fort Bragg, Megan Lynn Touma served at bases in Bamberg, Germany, and Fort Drum, New York. She had been in the Army for five years. Sadly, the first soldier to be found dead in 2008 was Lance Corporal Maria Lauterbach, who was murdered by a fellow Marine. Her pregnant body was found buried under a fire pit in the house of the murderer, Corporal Cesar Laurean, who is in the process of extradition from Mexico.
At this time, Megan Lynn Touma's cause of death has yet to be determined, but a memorial service will be held this Friday at Hope Chapel to commemorate her.

Who Won Tila Tequila?
Winning a Shot at Love
Tila Tequila is rumored to pick Kristy Morgan as the winner of her MTV show. The 26-year-old model is best known for her reality TV dating show, "A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila", where 15 straight men and 15 lesbian women vie for the bisexual bachelorette's affections. In the first season, Bobby Barnhart won her heart, but the second season may see a woman winner.
Kristy Morgan and Tila Tequila share a similar background. They were Playboy models. Kristy is from Westchester, New York, while Tila is from West Hollywood, California.
Born Thien Thanh Thi Nguyen, Tila Nguyen got her nickname "Tequila" after having an allergic reaction to alcohol in middle school. As a model, Tila Tequila has been successful, having been featured on the covers of "Stuff" and "Maxim UK." She has also parlayed her modeling career to into a record label deal and released a single "I Love U" on iTunes. Her MySpace page is so popular that she was called "the Madonna of MySpace" by Time Magazine.

Erin Howard was released from jail for 24 hours to attend her son's funeral. The 26-year-old mother killed 6-year-old Samuel Carpenter in a drunk-driving accident. Even worse, she went to a bar after the funeral instead of going back to jail.
On June 14, Erin Howard crashed into a creek bank in Corry, Pennsylvania, because she was drunk while driving. For the death of her son, she was facing charges of involuntary manslaughter, but she is now facing an additional charge of escape for failing to report to prison in time. The date of the crash had another significance though: it was Howard's 26th birthday.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Erin Howard worked as a senior financial analyst at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. It seems to be the right Erin Howard since it lists her graduation from Drexel University in 2003 when she was around 22. Both her age and location match the facts that we know.

Scott Kalitta Crash Video
Scott Kalitta has died in a horrific crash while participating in the National Hot Rod Association Super Nationals at the Old Bridge Township Raceway Park. The 46-year-old Funny Car driver was killed within seconds after beginning the NHRA's fourth and final qualifying round when his car, a Toyota Solara, exploded in a massive fireball at 300 miles per hour.
Son of legendary race car driver, Connie Kalitta, Scott Kalitta followed in his father's footsteps winning the Top Fuel champion twice in 1994 and 1995. He has had 18 career victories since he started racing in 1982.
The crash video of Scott Kalitta's final, fateful race can be seen below. Initially, Kalitta seemed to be in complete control of the race car, but seconds into the race, his car's engine exploded. The Toyota Solara proceeded to crash into a wall at the end of the race track where a second, larger explosion occurred. Normally, a parachute would deploy to slow the car, but Kalitta's didn't.
