BitTorrent 6 Released; Looks Just Like µTorrent

Version 6 of BitTorrent has just been released and almost completely replicates µTorrent's look-and-feel from the icons to the menus to the tabbed interface, which is what happens when the only way you can innovate is to buy a competitor. The only real difference is a new menu item called "Get Stuff", which just links to locations in the BitTorrent store online.

BitTorrent 6 is also significantly heftier at 853KB than the lightweight µTorrent, which weighs in at 214KB.

Overall, you're probably better off downloading µTorrent instead of upgrading BitTorrent if that's your current client.
