New 3 Column Format; Plus Translation Buttons

Doubtless you've noticed that Digital Alchemy is looking a little different. Hopefully, more readable now. After experimentally moving the left sidebar next to the right sidebar, I noticed a dramatic improvement in visual flow, at least for me. I think that the density of information is now better concentrated so you can easily scan a lot of what's new on the blog without having to skip from one side of the page to the other.

Also, for readers for whom English is not their primary language, there are now translation buttons for many major languages located underneath the Eurekster search box (the one with the tag cloud).

Let me know what you think of the changes in the comments or email me. I'd welcome any improvement suggestions you might have.
