TV Bistro has television content from the US, France, Germany, China, Spain, Russia, Mexico, Chile, and Argentina. In the US section, Comedy Central, Sci-Fi Channel, more than a dozen music channels, and a large scattering of other news, horror, and entertainment channels are available. The UI is very similar to competing sites, but there is the addition of a somewhat useless remote control in the upper left corner.

The legality of the service might be questionable, but TV Bistro does work. Video is streamed, and you'll need Windows Media Player, Quicktime, or Real Player depending on the channel.
