FOX to Provide Free iTunes Downloads of TV Shows
FOX is preparing to offer season premiere episodes of seven of its shows next week through Apple's iTunes store. Shows like "Prison Break", "Bones", and "K-Ville" will be available for free download in an effort to convince viewers to tune in to later episodes and encourage future paid downloads.
This follows news that NBC.com will be letting users download full episodes of its shows like "Heroes" and "The Office" for free ad-supported viewing.
