Bypass YouTube Ban in Morocco

It seems that every few weeks comes word that YouTube has been banned in yet another country. This time it's Morocco. Maroc Telecom, which is the main ISP for most Moroccans, started blocking access to YouTube May 25. As in the case of Thailand, videos criticizing the Moroccan king are thought to have incited the ban.

To get around this sort of blatant censorship, you can use a tool familiar to readers in Thailand and Iran who have read our previous articles: YouTubeProxy.

YouTubeProxy works like any other web proxy; just type in http://www.youtube.com if it isn't already filled in and hit Go to start watching videos. Most web proxies don't work with online videos, but this one does.
