Instant Disposable Email with BugMeNot
BugMeNot, which is known mostly for its collection of user-submitted logins to websites like the NYTimes.com and YouTube.com, has rolled out a temporary email service. Like 2Prong and 10 Minute Mail, BugMeNot email lets you choose an email in the form address@bugmenot.com where you replace address with your own keyword.
Emails are only kept for 24 hours, but you should watch out. If you use a common or obvious email address, it's possible for other users to stumble upon emails containing usernames and passwords to your accounts on other sites. Make sure to only sign up for sites where you don't have to give any personally identifiable information.
One thing I'd like to see at BugMeNot email is the use of rotating domain names. BugMeNot.com is a well-known site so it's easy for administrators at other sites to refuse to accept email addresses that contain bugmenot.com.
