Heather Stohler, Calvin Klein Model, Dead in Fire
Heather Stohler has died in a fire at her apartment in Vincennes, Indiana this Sunday. The 29-year-old former "Calvin Klein" model was living with her boyfriend, Daniel Risley, when the fire accidentally started in the kitchen after "two stove burners were left on with pans, skillets, and other utensils on them. Flames spread from the stovetop to the cabinets." The smoke detectors apparently weren't working.
Although both victims were taken to the hospital, Heather Stohler later died from smoke inhalation while Risley died from burn injuries. Stohler's real name was Heather Arrick, and she modeled for 10 years, appearing on the covers of magazines like "Marie Claire" and "Vogue." Heather also worked with Kate Moss while representing "Calvin Klein."
