Where to Get a Free iPhone

Now that half a million iPhones have been sold over the weekend, you may be asking yourself: "Where's mine?"

If you're not the type to pay $599 for a mobile phone, there are at least two ways to get an iPhone for free:
  1. Viddler: The video sharing site is holding a contest for the month of July. Two 8GB iPhones will be given out. To be eligible, just sign up for an account. The rules state that you are limited to one entry per day.
  2. Jason Calacanis is promoting his people-powered search engine, Mahalo, by giving away 5 iPhones. It'll probably have something to do with creating a search results page. Starts tomorrow.
