International Space Station Construction Resumes

The space shuttle Atlantis is expected to launch early September, carrying the P3/P4 truss of the ISS in its cargo bay. This is the first ISS construction launch since the Columbia accident in 2003. Is it really worth it though? Space is a big place, and all of these resources are being used to support the construction of the ISS instead of exploring the moon or Mars.
