SanDisk is rolling out its
Sansa music player, which stores eight gigabytes of music (twice as much as the iPod Nano). It'll also cost only $250 while the Nano is priced at $249. Since it makes flash memory, SanDisk bypasses the middleman in making its music player so it can pass the savings on. The Sansa looks to have a larger screen than the iPod, but an inferior scrolling design.
