Heather Locklear was arrested Saturday night for driving under the influence. The 47-year-old actress, best known for her role on "Melrose Place", a sister drama of "90210", aroused the suspicions of a bystander, who called 911 about a woman driving erratically out of a parking lot in Santa Barbara. After determining she was DUI, a highway patrol officer took her into the police station for drug and alcohol testing.

Later, Heather Locklear was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication, which may not be too surprising since she was recently in four weeks of treatment for anxiety and depression in an Arizona clinic. She was allowed to leave without bail, however.

Despite her personal issues, which her DUI mug shot reveals, Heather Locklear's career is still on track. She will be appearing in 2009's "Hannah Montana: The Movie."
